Dry Cleaning Service
Your dry-cleaning is processed using the most up-to-date stain-removal technology together with all the benefits of traditional pressing and finishing. All garments are individually inspected for marks and stains, which are then treated appropriately. All garments are re-textured at no extra cost. At the end of the cleaning process, items are again inspected to ensure effective stain removal. If necessary, garments are re-cleaned, (at no extra cost,) to ensure that best results are achieved. If we are unable to remove a particular stain or if we believe that further treatment could cause damage to the fabric/colour, we will always tell you so. At the end of the cleaning process, garments are then pressed/steamed in the traditional way before a final inspection to ensure that our standards have been achieved. Finally, your garments are wrapped with protective covers prior to return.

To help us provide you with the best possible service, please bring any known stains or marks to the attention of our driver. It is also useful to know what caused the stains as this helps us in deciding how they should be treated. The driver will have a bag ready for your items and will always provide an itemised receipt. Please let the driver know exactly what you are sending for cleaning e.g. two suits/four trousers/three dresses etc.

The Dry-Cleaning Service is available for all items marked with "P" or "P" or "A" on the care label. Garments marked with "F" (skin garments/couture-wear) are sent away for Specialist Cleaning - this may take up to 14 days. We will also clean unlabeled garments at the client's own risk.
