How
It Works:
We
call on you at an agreed convenient time - we operate
until 10.00pm Monday to Friday and 6.00pm on Saturday.
The standard service takes just two working days. A
Next-Day and even Same-Day Service is also available
(additional charges apply).
Our
driver will always:
- Carry
identification
- Provide
you with a receipt for your items
- Make
arrangements to return your items at a convenient
time

For the benefit of clients who work, most collections/deliveries
are made at convenient times in the evenings. You can
choose either: 6.00 'til 8.00pm, 7 'til 9pm or 8.00
'til 10.00pm. Collections/deliveries can also be arranged
in the mornings/afternoons.

The office is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm six days a
week or you can book
online 24 hours a day, seven days a week to
have £1.00 deducted from your bill.
How to Pay:
We
accept cash, cheques and CTL Cleaning Tokens. Monthly
account facilities are available for frequent users
of the service. Please contact the office for an application
form.
